Paul Phair joined Holladay Properties in 2005 and has held several different positions within the South Bend office since that time. He has been involved in the development and leasing of over 1 million square feet of industrial and office space, as well as residential, hotel, and infrastructure projects. Paul is currently responsible for the operations and development activity for the South Bend office.
