The Factory is a complex of 10 industrial buildings constructed for stove manufacturer Allen Manufacturing Co. in 1929. In 1996, the property was converted into a retail and entertainment complex. Today, it is home to multiple restaurants, bars, and shops. Holladay purchased the property in October 2021 and construction began in June 2022 on its first phase of renovations that includes reenvisioning the Grand Hall. With Holladay’s robust adaptive-reuse projects, The Factory at Franklin will keep its historic charm and will continue to be a local community treasure.
