The Holiday Inn Indianapolis Airport located within the AmeriPlex-Indianapolis business park opened in March of 2015 and was a joint venture development of Holladay Properties and Schahet Hotels, Inc. The 122 room, 5 story full service hotel features a conference center, an indoor pool, a full kitchen with bar and an exterior patio. Some of the rooms and the exterior patio also feature spectacular views of AmeriPlex-Indianapolis’ beautiful NatureScape and pond area. The hotel has earned several IHG awards since it was built, including the 2017 Quality Excellence Award for commitment to the guest experience, the 2016 IHG Newcomer of the Year Award for “Best in Class” service, and the 2015 New Development Design Award, given to hotels that merit special recognition for successfully implementing a new design program.
