Holladay Properties developed this single-story office building in Greenwood, IN as a build to suit for Indiana-American Water. The $4.5 million, 23,000 square foot building provides the new headquarters for Indiana-American Water and house all of the company’s Indiana headquarters operations. The building feature Class A finishes and a mix of private offices, conference rooms, reception space, workstations and a cafeteria. Indiana-American Water is a subsidiary of American Water Works, the largest publicly traded water and wastewater utility company in the United States.
