The Leo is a 138-unit luxury apartment project adjacent to the Holladay Indianapolis office in downtown Indianapolis. The Leo is located in the 200 block of South College Avenue and include a new construction and rehabilitation of former Indianapolis Public Schools School 7 building at 748 E. Bates St. Construction began in 2022 and completed in May of 2024.
