Project Description
Holladay renovated the 100 year old “Sawtooth Building,” an iconic factory constructed in the early 1900’s for General Wax Industries in Nashville, TN.  The project earned an Excellence in Development Award by the Urban Land Institute’s Nashville District Council and a Preservation Award from the Metropolitan Historical Commission.
