Holladay Properties served as the developer for a 552,000 SF warehouse in the Winding Brook business park located in Ashland, VA. The building boasts more than 12 acres under one roof with a 40’ clear ceiling height and cross-docking. Sitework began in fall 2022, and the building was completed in May 2024. A subsidiary of Jim Pattison Group will occupy 400,000 SF of the building with an additional 150,000 SF of warehouse space available for lease.
