Holladay Properties has completed development of its sixth WoodSpring Suites extended-stay hotel in the greater Chicagoland area. The four-story, WoodSpring Suites hotel in Addison, IL broke ground in August 2018 with Holladay Construction Group serving as the project’s General Contractor. The project also involved demolition of an existing hotel on the site that took place in April 2018. A 0.62-acre commercial/retail parcel is located adjacent to the hotel site and is available for sale or build to suit.
