Brian Wilcox and Matt Poncy recognized as top commercial brokers for second consecutive quarter

(Miami, FL) — CoStar Group, the data/analytics leader of the commercial real estate industry, has announced the Power Brokers Quarterly Deals winners for the second quarter of 2020 and two Holladay brokers have made the cut again.

Brian Wilcox, Director of Brokerage Services (Winter Park, FL) and Matt Poncy, Leasing Agent (Plantation, FL) came out on top in the list of winners in Top Office Leasing Deals for the South Florida Market for the second consecutive quarter. Power Brokers Quarterly Deals winners are determined by the top reported deals every quarter, based on price and square footage.

Brian and Matt earned the recognition from the 10 year lease of 29,938 SF of medical office space at the 61,000 square foot Northwest Family Health Center in Margate, FL. Brian Wilcox joined Holladay in 2011 and is responsible for all of Holladay’s brokerage activity in the state of Florida, as well as development, marketing, leasing, tenant and landlord representation activity. Matt Poncy joined Holladay in 2015 and is a Leasing Agent for the state of Florida.
