Purdue Technology Center of Indianapolis

Project Description:
The Purdue Technology Center of Indianapolis was a joint venture development of Holladay Properties and Purdue Research Park. The 60,000 SF business incubator is the first development in the 80 acre Purdue Research Park of Indianapolis, a mixed-use Certified Technology Park that is the centerpiece of the latest 400 acre phase of development at AmeriPlex-Indianapolis. The facility offers an environment with amenities unlike any other development in Indianapolis that helps cutting-edge, high-tech companies move forward with specially designed office and lab areas.

Project Description:
A build‐to‐suit project, the Brown Mackie College building was a collaborative effort between Brown Mackie staff, Holladay Properties, and Holladay Construction Group. At 50,000 SF, the facility also provided a great new anchor along the new Douglas Road corridor. This project led to two more developments for Brown Mackie, one in Mishawaka and one in Michigan City, Indiana. When Brown Mackie closed it operations in 2017, the building was repurposed for multi-tenant commercial office use. 

Juvenile Justice Center

Project Description:

Sold in 2012, the 57,037 square foot South Bend Juvenile Correctional Facility was developed under a unique build-to-suit collaboration with the State of Indiana Department of Correction. The 143-bed minimum/medium security juvenile facility features the latest programmatic needs for juvenile offenders and has on-site diagnostic, day reporting, and rehabilitative services. The facility is self-contained and includes sleeping quarters, day rooms, classrooms, a gymnasium, nursing area, fully equipped kitchen and support offices. Also contained within the site are outside recreational facilities, including basketball, soccer and baseball fields.
