In late 2018, Holladay Properties began the revitalization of Donelson Plaza. With Donelson’s new Nashville Public Library branch as its centerpiece, the 1960s era shopping center will be transformed into a modern urban town center, extending its life for decades to come as a hub of the Donelson community. Planned improvements for the property currently include:

  • A new Nashville Public Library Donelson Branch, built at the center of the Plaza;
  • Refurbished building facades and courtyards;
  • Redesigned landscapes, sidewalks and roadways; and
  • Future mixed-use buildings, flanking the entrance to the new library.

This 2,000 SF retail building is home to a Starbucks. The new facility is located near the Sheds on Charlotte in Nashville and Holladay worked closely with Holladay Construction Group to Design/Build the project.

Project Description
This 26,000 SF automotive dealership is the first development within the brand new +/- 20 acre AmeriPlex Marquette business park in Michigan City, IN. The facility is a build to suit for Taylor Automotive and was designed by Holladay Properties with Holladay Construction Group serving as the building’s general contractor.

Project Description
The Grand Park Events Center is the largest indoor soccer facility in the world and marked a strategic partnership between the City of Westfield Indiana, Holladay Properties, and Holladay Construction Group. The arena houses three full-size soccer fields capable of adapting to many other sports and events including trade shows, live entertainment, conventions, and special event programming.

Project Description

After purchasing a lot at AmeriPlex at the Port in 2014, Subway turned to Holladay to design and build the 2,300 SF stand-alone restaurant. Holladay Properties supplied third-party architectural and design services to the owner while Holladay Construction Group served as the building’s General Contractor.

Project Description

Holladay developed the 9,950 SF retail building known as The Shoppes at Winding Brook in 2012 to satisfy a need for retail space at the 185-acre Winding Brook development. The property was sold in 2013 but Holladay maintains management of the building, which is currently at 100% occupancy and home to Subway, The Beef Jerky Outlets, Nail Theory, Layne’s Country Store, Amish Kettle, and Mexico Restaurant.
