In late 2018, Holladay Properties began the revitalization of Donelson Plaza. With Donelson’s new Nashville Public Library branch as its centerpiece, the 1960s era shopping center will be transformed into a modern urban town center, extending its life for decades to come as a hub of the Donelson community. Planned improvements for the property currently include:
- A new Nashville Public Library Donelson Branch, built at the center of the Plaza;
- Refurbished building facades and courtyards;
- Redesigned landscapes, sidewalks and roadways; and
- Future mixed-use buildings, flanking the entrance to the new library.
