Holladay Properties is delighted to announce the successful completion of the tenant build-out for Crowe Building 320 at 320 E. Jefferson St in South Bend, Indiana. Renovations began in July of 2023 and concluded in March of 2024.

This milestone marks a significant achievement for both Holladay Properties and Crowe. The 53,590 SF Building 320 has undergone a remarkable transformation, tailored to meet the needs and preferences of Crowe and its employees.

With construction now finished, Crowe is gearing up to start moving their team back into Building 320 in the upcoming weeks. Crowe’s new space will serve as a hub of innovation, collaboration, and productivity for its workforce.
