Holladay Properties hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony for Union Square, its newest Indianapolis apartment community in the Fountain Square District. The event took place on October 19, 2023, at 1233 Shelby St, Indianapolis, IN 46203, less than one mile from Monument Circle. The celebration comes three months after the community officially welcomed its first residents.
The $17 million luxury apartment community features 70 residences in a variety of studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom layouts. Residents can enjoy top-notch amenities such as a clubhouse with a terrace, courtyard with an outdoor fire pit, electric vehicle charging stations, 24-hour fitness center, private parking, and more. The pet-friendly community also features a pet spa and dog park. In addition, the property includes 1,600 SF of retail space which will be home to a new restaurant.

Monon 46, located along the Monon Trail, will open in late 2023. The Leo, located in the Fletcher District, will welcome residents in early 2024. Holladay Properties is the owner, developer, and property manager for Union Square, while Holladay Construction Group is the general contractor. Centier Bank is financing the project, and the building was designed by Blackline Studio.
