Quincy Station is a new mixed-use multi-family residential community in Westmont, IL. The residential portion of the project will feature a 5-story building, incorporating below grade parking at the basement level as well as a first floor enclosed parking garage with 4 stories of luxury residential units above. The building will include a common amenity space / club room at the upper floor of the building with an outdoor terrace overlooking Quincy Street and the downtown. The initial phase of the project, which included demolition of existing buildings and infrastructure, is complete and construction of the new property has begun.

Holladay Properties is redeveloping an existing bank facility into a medical office building for a primary care practice. Holladay purchased the property located at 6200 Central Avenue in Portage, IN which is home to a 4,701 square foot building on 1.79 acres that was built in 1975. Holladay is retrofitting the building, which most recently served as a Chase Bank branch location, to fit the programming needs of a primary care practice by reconfiguring the interior space.

Holladay Properties is partnering with Dora Hospitality, a well-respected and experienced hotel management and development firm, to bring Home2 Suites to Fishers, IN. The four-story, 91-room extended-stay hotel will feature an indoor swimming pool, a business center, a breakfast area, and a fitness center. The location offers direct access to southbound I-69 from 96th St, and is just 15 minutes to downtown Indianapolis.

Holladay Properties is developing a speculative industrial building of approximately 225,000 square feet on the northwest side of South Bend, IN. The building is to be located at the intersection of US Highway 31 and Nimtz Parkway (aka Old Cleveland Road) with adjacent access to Exit 72 of I-80/90. The design will be flexible to accommodate from one to four users and feature the necessary amenities attractive to both logistics and warehousing and manufacturing operations. The project has been granted 6-year tax abatement from the City of South Bend and building features include:

  • 32' clear ceiling heights
  • 7" reinforced concrete floor slab
  • 20 dock-high overhead doors, expandable up to 40 doors total
  • Insulated metal panel building shell with masonry accents
  • LED lighting on interior and exterior
  • ESFR fire protection system

Holladay Properties is developing a $13.95 million, four-story, 98-room Tru by Hilton Hotel at the corner of Gateway Drive and Phair Way (named for Holladay Properties' President and CEO, John Phair) within the 40-acre Landing at Cannon Branch mixed-use development. The Tru by Hilton hotel model is offers smaller, more affordable rooms with larger, amenity-filled common area spaces. Construction began in July 2019 and the hotel is expected to open in September 2020. The project is Holladay's second Tru by Hilton development.

The Tru by Hilton hotel model offers smaller, more affordable rooms with larger, amenity-filled common area spaces. Construction began in February 2019 and the hotel is expected to open in September 2020. Amenities of this property include:

  • “Play Zone” with table games, tiered seating, and televisions
  • Extended fitness center
  • Lobby and lounge area with front desk and convenience store
  • Digital social media wall
  • Back of house service areas
  • Outdoor seating area along the main Central Avenue corridor
  • Green Roof where guests can watch a digital display of the building's utility usage in real time, and other LEED design criteria
