Holladay Properties is developing a speculative industrial building of approximately 225,000 square feet on the northwest side of South Bend, IN. The building is to be located at the intersection of US Highway 31 and Nimtz Parkway (aka Old Cleveland Road) with adjacent access to Exit 72 of I-80/90. The design will be flexible to accommodate from one to four users and feature the necessary amenities attractive to both logistics and warehousing and manufacturing operations. The project has been granted 6-year tax abtement from the City of South Bend and building features include:

  • 32' clear ceiling heights
  • 7" reinforced concrete floor slab
  • 20 dock-high overhead doors, expandable up to 40 doors total
  • Insulated metal panel building shell with masonry accents
  • LED lighting on interior and exterior
  • ESFR fire protection system

Holladay Properties has broken ground on a new, 11,700 SF medical office building for La Porte Hospital's primary and urgent care clinic. The facility is being built by Holladay Construction Group at the 50 acre NewPorte Landing development located at the Pine Lane Avenue and Truesdell Avenue in La Porte, IN. The project broke ground in September and is expected to be completed in April 2020.

Holladay Properties has begun its eighth WoodSpring Suites by Choice Hotels extended-stay hotel project. The WoodSpring Suites in Burbank, IL features 123 fully-furnished rooms as well as a spacious lobby, guest laundry area, and fitness center. The new hotel  will be a four story, stab-on-grade structure with wood framing and brick fascia. The project also includes 129 parking spaces.

Holladay Properties is developing a $13.95 million, four-story, 98-room Tru by Hilton Hotel at the corner of Gateway Drive and Phair Way (named for Holladay Properties' President and CEO, John Phair) within the 40-acre Landing at Cannon Branch mixed-use development. The Tru by Hilton hotel model is aimed at millennial travelers and offers smaller, more affordable rooms with larger, amenity-filled common area spaces. Construction began in July 2019 and the hotel is expected to open in Fall 2020. The project is Holladay's second Tru by Hilton development.

Construction began in February 2019 and the hotel is expected to open in Spring 2020. Amenities of this property include:
