Holladay Properties is redeveloping a former stove factory to create what will be a national model for adaptive re-use of early 20th Century industrial structures. Built in 1929, The Factory at Franklin is a complex of 10 industrial buildings that were converted into a mixed-use center in 1997. Holladay’s vision for the property includes leasing approximately 140,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, 80,000 square feet of office and 30,000 square feet of event space.

Holladay Properties and Holladay Construction Group have teamed up to develop a new 35,000 square foot agritourism facility in Westfield, IN for West Fork Whiskey Co. The $10 million+, 12+ acre development is located on the northeast corner of 191st Street and Horton Road across from Grand Park Sports Campus and will soon become one of the largest agritourism experiences in Indiana. The project features a 5,000 square foot event space, retail store, a 4,000 square foot restaurant with a cocktail lounge, a speakeasy, as well as additional production and aging space. When complete in early 2022, the new family friendly facility will also offer interactive tours, tastings and other educational components.

Our Indianapolis office has begun development of a 182,833 square foot build to suit industrial building in our Northpoint Industrial Park in Westfield, IN. The building features seven inch concrete flooring, 32' clear ceiling height, 36 overhead dock doors, 50’ x 60’ column spacing, LED high bay warehouse lighting, 190+ car parking spaces and 60+ trailer parking spaces. The project is expected to be delivered with the interior tenant build out completed in Spring 2022.

Holladay Properties is working with Holladay Construction Group to design, develop and build a 9,000 square foot medical office building for a primary care facility Michigan City, IN. The facility includes a spacious waiting room, 18 exam rooms, two nurse's stations, a lab, a business office, four restrooms, a mix of private and semi-private offices, a conference room, and a staff lounge. Construction of the new medical office building will be completed in Spring 2022, with the tenant expected to open in Summer 2022.

Holladay Properties has begun development a 2,500 square foot retail building within Winding Brook Retail in Ashland, VA. The facility will be home to a stand-alone Starbucks coffee shop and will be located at the northeast corner of Lewistown and Lakeridge Parkway, adjacent to the new Boot Barn. Construction kicked off in September 2021 and is expected to be completed in Spring 2022, with the new Starbucks opening in Summer 2022.

Lilac Station is a 118-unit luxury residential apartment community providing a walkable environment with access to local downtown Lombard restaurants and shops, as well as to City amenities available by way of a short train ride to downtown Chicago. The four-story community will feature an amenity deck with a water feature, game court, grilling station, TV/lounge areas, sun bathing area, fire pit and pet run; a clubhouse; a fitness center; a restaurant at ground level; three community lounges including a conference room/work center; electric vehicle charging stations and a secure, heated parking garage. The project broke ground in June 2021 and is expected to welcome its first residents in the Spring of 2023.

Quincy Station is a new mixed-use multi-family residential community in Westmont, IL. The residential portion of the project will feature a 5-story building, incorporating below grade parking at the basement level as well as a first floor enclosed parking garage with 4 stories of luxury residential units above. The building will include a common amenity space / club room at the upper floor of the building with an outdoor terrace overlooking Quincy Street and the downtown. The initial phase of the project, which included demolition of existing buildings and infrastructure, is complete and construction of the new property has begun.

The Northern Virginia Bioscience Center is located on 4.4 acres at 9307 Discovery Boulevard in Manassas, VA, within Innovation Park, next to George Mason University's STEM campus. The 30,000 square foot wet lab research facility will feature 15 individually furnished and equipped labs designed to handle research into cancer causing agents, Lyme disease, pharmaceutical delivery, and other non-bio hazard studies.

After completing, filling and selling the six buildings totaling 398,000 square feet of Phases 1 and 2 at Airport Logistics Park, Holladay realized the need for new, modern industrial space in Davidson County, TN and began development of the final five buildings of Phase 3 within the industrial park. When complete, the five buildings will total 328,500 SF of Class A distribution, manufacturing and flex space and bring new jobs and business to the region.
