Holladay Properties is developing a speculative industrial building of approximately 225,000 square feet on the northwest side of South Bend, IN. The building is to be located at the intersection of US Highway 31 and Nimtz Parkway (aka Old Cleveland Road) with adjacent access to Exit 72 of I-80/90. The design will be flexible to accommodate from one to four users and feature the necessary amenities attractive to both logistics and warehousing and manufacturing operations.
