Holladay Properties has begun third-party development of a 65,000 square foot industrial flex building in Valparaiso, IN. The project is designed to accommodate up to six tenants and has been granted 7-year tax abatement by the City of Valparaiso. The building feature visibility from IN-49, proximity to US Highway 30, individual entries for each suite, six overhead drive-in doors, and 10 dock doors.
