Established in 2018 by Matt Weil and Rob Salerno, Whiskey Hill Brewing Co. embodies the spirit of American craft beer innovation. Matt, renowned for his culinary expertise at Firewater BBQ and Brew, brings his skills in southern-style barbeque to the table. Rob, with his family’s cherished Chicago-style Italian cuisine, adds a touch of Italian flair to the menu. 

This exciting venture marks a culmination of Firewater BBQ and Salerno’s vision, promising a a unique brewery and kitchen concept that seamlessly blends slow-smoked meats with the flavors of Chicago-style Italian cuisine. Whiskey Hill Brewery & Kitchen is a haven for foodies and beer enthusiasts alike, offering a curated selection of craft brews brewed onsite by Whiskey Hill, along with a specialty cocktail menu.
