Holladay Properties proudly announces the completion of its latest project, the WoodSpring Suites by Choice Hotels in Libertyville, IL. The 48,660 SF extended-stay hotel broke ground in 2022 and welcomed its first guests in May of 2023. This is Holladay Properties’ 11th Woodspring Suites hotel.
Located at 1980 Kelley Ct. in Libertyville, this hotel features four stories with a variety of rooms with queen or king-sized beds, a spacious lobby, guest laundry room, and fitness center.
Each of the furnished suites offer a comprehensive kitchenette, complete with a microwave, refrigerator, 2-burner stovetop, and sink. Additionally, the rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV, a well-appointed workspace featuring a comfortable chair, a cozy bed, and ample storage space.
